Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Support Engineer in Singapore to strengthen IT operations and service delivery across the organization.

The role focuses on optimizing processes, subscriptions, costs and governance while ensuring accurate records and effective collaboration with service and security teams. You will review IT processes, manage subscriptions and budgeting, document key assumptions for IT improvements, and maintain device/user entitlement records.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree with 4-8 years' experience with service models, shared services or vendor-managed ICT services.
• Understanding of ICT service delivery, operations, service management and vendor management.
• Familiarity with asset / device lifecycle management, endpoint provisioning, software baseline controls and access-control concepts.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills with disciplined follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Review current IT processes to understand how well they support business needs
• Manage and track subscriptions, billing, cost recovery, AOR / WBS funding, procurement / logistics interfaces, utilisation and payment reconciliation
• Gather and document key assumptions that will guide IT improvements
• Maintain accurate device, subscription and user entitlement records and coordinate resolution of operational issues
• Maintain action / decision trackers, SOPs, RACI matrices, process flows and the Operations Handbook / Handover Pack
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation with the relevant service, security and technical owners
