Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business challenges using data and analysis to identify issues, opportunities and practical solutions.
• Monitor performance, customer/driver behaviour, competitors and regulatory changes to inform decisions.
• Assess opportunities, costs and outcomes, and measure impact of new initiatives.
• Support driver acquisition, retention, onboarding, compliance and daily operations.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to implement projects and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate operational data and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
