Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Pharmacist (Ops Excellence) to lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations in Singapore, focusing on workflow optimisation and resource deployment.

You will analyse data, build dashboards and KPIs, and drive quality improvement and automation initiatives with IT and vendor partners. PSC-registered pharmacists with active practice are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including workflow management, inventory management, manpower deployment, and problem-solving.
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead or support quality improvement and operational excellence projects to improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and cost-efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual or repetitive processes within pharmacy operations.
• Work with IT teams and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions, including testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Act as a Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting user training, system adoption, and contingency workflows.
• Apply data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve problems and improve performance.
• Support strategic projects beyond Pharmacy where appropriate.
• Stay informed of industry and healthcare trends to continually improve operations.

Education
