Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Operations, Logistics, Retail, or equivalent is required.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is advantageous for delivery coordination.
• Experience or interest in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles adds value to role effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins to drive showroom engagement.
• Follow up with customers to provide after-sales service and resolve issues.
• Manage order fulfilment processes and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Communicate with delivery personnel and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels and place supplier orders.
• Organise warehouse storage and stock flow to optimise space and efficiency.
• Lead product assembly, conduct quality control inspections, oversee repairs, and report quality standards.
