Job summary

JK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator to support and manage daily sales operations, handling quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders and invoices. You will respond to a high volume of inquiries via calls and emails to provide solutions to customer issues, and connect with key customer contacts when needed.

Collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing, you will help facilitate smooth processes, assist in tender report

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related field is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily sales operations.
• Handle quotations and be knowledgeable in purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders and invoices.
• Respond to a high volume of inquiries via calls and emails to provide solutions to customer issues.
• Connect with existing key customer contacts when needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing to facilitate smooth processes.
• Assist in preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders.
• Attend regular online/offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay up to date with the latest technology.
