Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Support Executive to manage customer orders and support the daily coordination of the Sales Support team.

The role focuses on end-to-end order handling, liaising with Operations and warehouse to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Business or related fields and hands-on experience in customer service, order management and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Customer Operations.
• Hands-on experience in order processing and order fulfilment.
• Proficient in ERP or order management systems.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Process-driven, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, including processing, amendments, returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with Operations, warehouse and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries, delivery issues, billing matters and escalations.
• Process debit and credit notes and maintain accurate records.
• Support and guide junior Sales Support team members.
• Assist with scheduling, manpower allocation and daily task coordination.
• Monitor performance and prepare operational reports.
• Identify recurring service or operational issues and assist process improvements.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
