Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a capable professional to join our banking migration program in Singapore. You will support end-to-end migration activities, understand system behavior, validate testing results, and assist with data reports and contract repapering where needed.

You will also back SMEs on BAU activities, help update process notes for Anchor changes, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams. Diploma or Bachelor's in a related discipline is required.

Qualifications

• Meticulous in validation/ checking, attention to details.
• Multi-Tasking skills.
• Ability to manage prioritized workloads during high-volume cutover weekends and project phases.
• Display willingness to learn in a new, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behaviour
• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable
