Job summary

Citibank Singapore Limited is seeking a Project Support role focused on Wealth Investment Securities and related products. You will work with Wealth Investment Operations, Products, Front Office, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology to ensure smooth migrations and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process checks, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on delivering efficient migration activities and documentation updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline, such as Banking & Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in banking, financial services, operations or project support would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial products such as mutual funds, equities and fixed income securities would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, reconciliations and validation checks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.
• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts/agreements repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process manuals to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.

Jobpurpose

The role will focus on supporting a Project related to Wealth Investment Securities and Products (Mutual Funds / Equities / Fixed Income Securities) for Citibank Singapore Limited.

Will be required to work cross-functionally with Wealth Investment Operation teams, Products, Front Office, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology.

Objectives will focus on key aspects such as risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement and business development.
