Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a capable Operations Professional to support wealth investment securities projects, including mutual funds, equities, and fixed income. You will help plan and migrate processes, validate data, and ensure smooth transitions for client accounts.

Ideal candidates have bank operations exposure, a degree in Banking & Finance, and familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint. This role offers exposure to custody operations and product knowledge in wealth instruments.

Qualifications

• Some experience of working in a Bank in Operations will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or any related discipline.
• Knowledge of MS tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint
• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Products such as Mutual Funds/Equities/Fixed Income Securities and function and role of custodian will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.
• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts/agreements repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process manuals to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.
