Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate to support a banking migration initiative in Singapore. You will understand system behavior, validate testing results, check data reports, and assist with contract repapering and BAU activities.

The role covers end-to-end migration tasks, validation of post-migration checks, and updating process notes. You will also prepare process documents and flowcharts while liaising with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Essential: 1–2 years banking operation experience.
• Desirable: 2–3+ years in operational or banking roles.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end migration activities including contract repapering and system checks.
• Validate post-migration system behavior and data reports.
• Perform account-level maintenance and updates as needed.
• Update process notes to reflect project changes.
• Prepare process documents and flowcharts.

Job Background/context:

As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior
• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable
• Preparation of process documents and flowcharts

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential

• At least 1-2 years of banking operation experience

Desirable

• 2-3+ years of relevant operational or banking experience

Skills:

• AI Savvy
• Accounting
• Banking system, experience in User Acceptance Testing review process, familiar with account/ data handling/ exercise.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Banking/Finance/Accounts/Economics
