Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a candidate in Singapore to support end-to-end project plans and migration activities within the Banking – Wealth Investment Operations sector. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a degree in any discipline.

You will assist with migration documentation, checks, and data remediation, while coordinating with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Front Office to ensure smooth project execution. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Banking operations experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Products (mutual funds, equities, fixed income) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute end-to-end project plans and migration activities.
• Assist with operational migration, including documentation updates, contract repapering, system checks and client/account data remediation.
• Conduct pre- and post-migration checks, including holdings verification, reconciliations and system validations.
• Support SMEs in daily operational activities and review complex scenarios.
• Update and maintain process manuals and procedures reflecting changes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Front Office for smooth execution.
