Job summary

Peoplebank Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for an Operations Migration Support Analyst on a 12-month contract, located in the East Region. The role supports the banking migration initiative, ensuring accurate data transfer, system functionality and smooth account maintenance throughout the migration process.

The candidate will perform end-to-end migration activities, post-migration validation, data remediation, and coordinate with SMEs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and account handling.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering, system checks and client/account data remediation.
• Perform post-migration validation to ensure systems function as expected and migrated data is accurate and complete.
• Carry out account-level maintenance and updates where required.
• Review and validate migration results, identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Support SMEs with business-as-usual (BAU) activities, enabling them to focus on reviewing and validating more complex scenarios.
• Assist in updating process documentation and procedures to reflect changes arising from Project Anchor.
• Provide operational support during critical migration phases, including high-volume cutover weekends, to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Operations Migration Support Analyst Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: East Region

Job Purpose

To support operational migration activities as part of a banking migration initiative, ensuring accurate data transfer, system functionality, account maintenance and smooth business operations throughout the migration process.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant banking or operations experience, or relevant financial services internship/co-op experience.
• Familiarity with banking systems, account maintenance and data management.
• Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test result reviews and validation.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
