JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a Banking Migration Support Analyst to assist a migration initiative in a structured, collaborative environment. You will work on system behavior analysis, data checks, and BAU support to ensure a smooth transition.

In this 9-month contract, you will perform end-to-end migration tasks, validate post-migration results, maintain account data, and help SMEs with complex scenarios while updating process notes as the project evolves.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years banking experience required.
• Desirable 1-3+ years of relevant operational or banking experience.
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or above with internships is advantageous.

Job Background/context:

As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior
• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

• Essential
• 0-2 years banking experience
• Desirable
• 1 - 3+ years of relevant operational or banking experience (or a bachelor's degree with relevant financial services internships / co-op experience)

Skills:

• Microsoft Office tools, excel skills
• Banking system, experience in User Acceptance Testing review process, familiar with account/ data handling/ exercise.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree and above
