KIDNEY DIALYSIS FOUNDATION LIMITED is seeking an Operations Officer to support procurement and facility management, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization. You will assist in procurement, tendering, vendor negotiations, and oversee maintenance, asset management, and safety protocols.

This role requires strong English skills and the ability to review contracts, with healthcare experience considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in procurement processes, tender management, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective and compliant purchasing.
• Support facility operations, including maintenance coordination, equipment procurement, asset management, and renovation projects.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports (KPI, governance, and maintenance), and maintain accurate documentation for audits and management reviews.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee safety protocols, including fire safety and drills.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery and contract compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for procurement, supply chain, and facility management systems.
