Internsg is seeking an Operations & Membership Associate in Singapore to coordinate bottle sample logistics, manage the trade and consumer memberships, and schedule critics tastings. The role requires WSET qualifications or equivalent trade experience and a proactive, organized approach in a startup setting.

Based in Singapore, remote work is allowed with mandatory in-person presence for meetings and events. Immediate start available.

The Role

The Operations & Membership Associate is the administrative backbone of the company: wine submissions intake, the membership database, and critic panel logistics.

Job Description

• Coordinate bottle sample logistics: delivery, storage, and the logistics handling fee
• Manage the trade membership database for winery/importers/distributors/retailers/HORECA: onboarding, renewals, invoicing
• Manage consumer membership
• Schedule and manage critics tastings

Requirements

• Knowledge for wine: WSET Level 2 minimum, WSET Level 3 preferred, or equivalent trade experience
• Passionate about wine and views wine a lifelong learning experience
• Proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented
• Relevant communication skills to deal with affluent and high net worth individuals
• Comfortable in a startup

Growth Path

As trade and winery membership scales, the natural next step is Operations & Membership Manager. Beyond that, scope may extend into supporting the Founder directly across her broader portfolio of ventures into a Chief of Staff trajectory.
