Job summary

Antares Management Services is seeking an Operations & Membership Associate in Singapore to manage wine samples, memberships, and critic tastings. The role involves hands-on logistics, accurate record-keeping, and growth opportunities as the platform expands.

You will coordinate sample handling, maintain diverse member records, and support onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and consumer inquiries. Tasting sessions will be scheduled with the critic panel to ensure smooth events.

Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 or higher or equivalent wine trade experience.
• Genuine interest in wine and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation; ability to multi-task.
• Professional communication and confidence interacting with a range of members.
• Proactive, independent worker in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, receipt and storage of wine samples, including administration of sample handling fees.
• Maintain membership records for wineries, importers, distributors, retailers and hospitality businesses.
• Handle trade member onboarding, renewals and invoicing.
• Support consumer membership administration and enquiries.
• Schedule wine tasting sessions and coordinate arrangements for the critic panel.
