Antares Management Services is seeking an Operations & Membership Associate in Singapore to manage wine samples, memberships, and critic tastings. The role involves hands-on logistics, accurate record-keeping, and growth opportunities as the platform expands.

You will coordinate sample handling, maintain diverse member records, and support onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and consumer inquiries. Tasting sessions will be scheduled with the critic panel to ensure smooth events.

Formación

• WSET Level 2 or higher or equivalent wine trade experience.
• Genuine interest in wine and willingness to learn.

Love wine and enjoy bringing order to the details behind a great experience? Our client is a growing wine review and ratings platform looking for an Operations & Membership Associate to support its wine submissions, members and critic tasting sessions.

You will be the person who keeps samples moving, membership records accurate and tastings well organised. This is a hands-on role with room to grow as the business expands.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate the delivery, receipt and storage of wine samples, including administration of sample handling fees.
• Manage membership records for wineries, importers, distributors, retailers and hospitality businesses.
• Handle trade member onboarding, renewals and invoicing.
• Support consumer membership administration and enquiries.
• Schedule wine tasting sessions and coordinate arrangements for the critic panel.

What we’re looking for

• WSET Level 2 or above, or equivalent experience in the wine trade. WSET Level 3 is an advantage.
• A genuine interest in wine and a willingness to keep learning.
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow through on multiple tasks.
• Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with a range of members, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Someone proactive and comfortable working independently in a growing business.
