Job summary

- Familiarity with Shopify and logistics tools (Provino).
- Experience with email or WhatsApp marketing tools and WMS preferred.
- Experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.
- Wine industry exposure is advantageous.

- Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently

- Exposure to or interest in wine and the retail/F&B/events industry
- Familiarity with Shopify (e-commerce platform), Provino (logistics provider)
- Experience with email or WhatsApp marketing tools
- Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience using Xero (accounting software)
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing, operations, or events
- WSET certificate is an advantage
