Job summary

Antares Management Services is seeking an Operations & Membership Associate to support wine submissions, manage membership records, and organise critic tastings. This hands-on role offers growth as the platform expands.

You will coordinate sample handling, onboarding of trade members, and schedule tasting sessions, with opportunities to learn and advance in operations and membership management within a growing wine platform.

Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 or above, or equivalent wine trade experience.
• Genuine interest in wine and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and ability to engage with diverse members.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, receipt, and storage of wine samples and manage sample handling fees.
• Maintain membership records for wineries, importers, distributors, retailers and hospitality businesses.
• Handle trade member onboarding, renewals and invoicing.
• Support consumer membership administration and inquiries.
• Schedule wine tasting sessions and coordinate critic panel arrangements.

Love wine and enjoy bringing order to the details behind a great experience? Our client is a growing wine review and ratings platform looking for an Operations & Membership Associate to support its wine submissions, members and critic tasting sessions.

You will be the person who keeps samples moving, membership records accurate and tastings well organised. This is a hands-on role with room to grow as the business expands.

What you’ll do
