Job summary

Wine Adore is seeking a Warehouse & Wine Experience Specialist in Singapore to support warehouse operations and host premium wine tastings. You will manage inventory, prepare orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience during tastings.

The role combines operational excellence with hospitality, requiring strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset. Weekend availability for tasting events is expected.

Qualifications

• Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore.
• Experience in warehouse operations, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Comfortable handling physical inventory and standing for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Willing to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and other scheduled weekends for wine tasting events.
• Passion for wine, hospitality, or premium lifestyle products is an advantage (training will be provided).

We're looking for a Warehouse & Wine Experience Specialist to support our warehouse operations while delivering exceptional wine tasting experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational excellence and engaging directly with people in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming wine inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy
• Prepare wines, glassware, and showroom for tasting sessions
• Welcome and host customers during wine tasting experiences
• Guide guests through curated wine selections and tasting notes

Requirements
