Operations Manager – Dry Bulk | Shipowner, Singapore

We’re working with a reputable shipowner to hire an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing team. You will oversee the daily operations of 6–7 dry bulk vessels and guide a small team of Vessel Operators. This is a pivotal role to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient end-to-end post-fixture operations.


? What You’ll Do:

• Act as PIC for assigned vessels’ daily operations
• Guide Operators in post-fixture and voyage matters
• Liaise with Charterers, Technical Managers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor voyage performance, CP terms, hire statements, and vessel reporting
• Manage EU ETS / Fuel EU compliance matters

? What We’re Looking For:

• Min. 7 years’ experience in dry bulk operations, ideally from a shipowner/operator background
• Familiarity with CP terms, IMOS, and post-fixture operations
• Team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Bills of Lading, LOIs, insurance, and claims
