Job summary

OLD SENG CHOONG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Outlet Operations Manager to lead daily F&B operations across outlets.

You will drive performance, supervise staff, analyse costs, and implement SOPs to maximise profitability. The role requires strong analytical skills, bilingual English and Mandarin, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Expect to coordinate with Marketing on promotions, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant F&B operations experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure outlets’ smooth operations.
• Deliver on all Operational goals, focuses and KPIs.
• Communicate and implement initiatives to the retail team.
• Maintain and improve outlet performance including cost analysis and process monitoring.
• Analyse business performance and maximise profitability of outlets.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, internal controls and operational strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies and promotions.
• Manage and supervise staff to optimise manpower utilization.
• Submit and present monthly operations sales, accountability and action plans.
• Compile and update incident reports including consumer feedback monthly.
• Hold Bi-weekly meetings with Area Manager and appraise staff performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Cover Outlet Supervisor/Manager off-days when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.

JobResponsibilities

• Monitor and ensure outlets’ smooth operations.
• Deliver on all Operational goals, focuses and KPIs
• Ensurethe communication and implementation of all initiatives to the retail team
• To maintain and improve the overall performance of the outlets on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
• To monitor & conduct business analysis and maximise profitability of everystore.
• Implement and maintain effective operational policies, SOPs, internal controls, practices and strategies
• To work along with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotion plans
• Manage and supervise the staff to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated
• Submitand present monthly operations sales, accountability and action plan report
• Compileand update incident reports, including any actions taken in response to consumer feedback and retail incidents monthly
• Hold Bi-weekly meeting with Area Manager
• Appraise staff performance with Area Manager
• To provide guidance, coaching and mentoring staff
• Cover Outlet Supervisor/ Manager's off day if required
• To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management

Requirements
