Job summary

yum sing pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Singapore outlet.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role requires 5+ years in F&B operations with at least 4 years in management, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B operations experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, employees, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in Fujian or Cantonese cuisine restaurant operations will be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities.
