Job summary

Wilmar Distribution Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in Singapore. You will rotate visits, monitor service quality, and ensure adherence to hygiene and standards, stepping into frontline duties when needed.

You will support scheduling, stock checks, and cost-control while coaching staff on performance. Travel between outlets is required, including on short notice, with reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable with frontline duties.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel between outlets regularly, including at short notice.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across several outlets with limited resources.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned outlets on a rotating basis to monitor daily operations and ensure they are running smoothly.
• Stand in and perform frontline or outlet duties personally when an outlet is short-staffed.
• Support the Operations Manager in reviewing and adjusting staff work schedules between outlets.
• Check that outlets observe Company standards, rules and regulations including service, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies and equipment at each outlet and flag quality or cost concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Support cost-control efforts at the outlet level, such as minimizing wastage and ensuring proper stock handling.
• Coach and guide outlet staff on the ground, and provide feedback on performance to the Operations Manager.
• Report incidents, complaints, equipment faults or manpower shortages promptly with actions taken on-site.
• Assist in the execution of operational initiatives and projects rolled out by the Operations Manager.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Support the Operations Manager in reviewing and adjusting staff work schedules, including arranging relief or cover between outlets.
• Check that outlets consistently observe the Company's standards, rules and regulations, including service, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies and equipment at each outlet, and flag quality or cost concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Support cost-control efforts at the outlet level, such as minimizing wastage and ensuring proper stock handling.
