Job summary

PU TIEN RESTAURANT PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced F&B setting.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure food safety and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Fluent English and Mandarin are preferred; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in F&B operations with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers, employees and stakeholders.
• Experience in Fujian or Cantonese cuisine operations is advantageous.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, workplace safety, and all applicable regulatory requirements.


• Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational assets with strong financial and governance controls.


• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business initiatives and operational excellence.


• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5years of relevant F&B operations experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.


• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, employees, and business stakeholders.


• Experience in Fujian or Cantonese cuisine restaurant operations will be an added advantage.


• Proven leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities.


• Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
