Job summary

SIMPATICO EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an events professional to drive end-to-end event planning, translating project plans into actionable timelines, room setups, and run-of-show schedules. You will coordinate with vendors, manage on-site execution, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role also involves handling crisis situations, budget oversight, and post-event analysis to capture learnings and improve future events.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Event Planning: Translate project plans into actionable operational timelines, room setups, and run-of-show schedules.
• Logistics & Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, caterers, transport providers, and production crews, negotiating contracts within established budgets.
• On-Site Execution: Supervise venue build-outs, stage setup, load-in/load-out, crowd control, and day-of staff deployment.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, fire safety protocols, crowd evacuation plans, and statutory permits.
• Crisis & Problem Management: Troubleshoot live-event issues, react to schedule or weather disruptions, and resolve escalated participant inquiries.
• Budget & Post-Event Analysis: Track operational expenditures, reconcile vendor invoices, gather attendee feedback, and write post-event evaluation reports.
