The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Bedok is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Engineering) to oversee daily store operations, ensure safety standards, and support project needs. Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, tenancy agreement management, operation or a similar role.
• Familiarity with RMA processes and warranty claims is an advantage.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, performance standards, and ensure layouts comply with company and safety guidelines.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory records, audits, stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery orders while coordinating with suppliers for replenishments.
• Logistics & Shipments: Track and inspect shipments and deliveries, coordinate with logistics partners, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment.
• Project & Technical Support: Support project inventory needs, assist engineers with maintenance or technical tasks, and coordinate materials or parts sourcing when required.
• Tenancy & Site Management: Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, update lease records, coordinate site access, and liaise with property management or building owners.
• Equipment & Warranty Handling: Manage faulty equipment returns (RMA), warranty claims, and ensure timely repair or replacement to minimize downtime.
