Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse/Store Operations Coordinator in Bedok to oversee daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, and safety compliance.

You will manage inventory records, supplier orders, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure accurate order fulfilment. The role requires at least a diploma in logistics and 2 years of inventory/warehouse management, with RMA/warranty familiarity and a Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, operations, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, tenancy agreement management, operation or a similar role
• Familiarity with RMA processes and warranty claims is an advantage
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license

Responsibilities

• Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, performance standards, and ensure layouts comply with company and safety guidelines.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory records, audits, stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery orders while coordinating with suppliers for replenishments.
• Logistics & Shipments: Track and inspect shipments and deliveries, coordinate with logistics partners, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment.
• Project & Technical Support: Support project inventory needs, assist engineers with maintenance or technical tasks, and coordinate materials or parts sourcing when required.
• Tenancy & Site Management: Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, update lease records, coordinate site access, and liaise with property management or building owners.
• Equipment & Warranty Handling: Manage faulty equipment returns (RMA), warranty claims, and ensure timely repair or replacement to minimize downtime.]
