ENDOCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Logistics & Operations Support to assist in day-to-day logistics, inventory and operational activities. The role collaborates with the Logistics & Inventory Coordinator and trains to provide basic coverage during absences.

The successful candidate will support item movements, deliveries, stock counts and documentation, ensuring smooth daily logistics operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification as stated (N/O Level / NITEC / Diploma).
• Must have valid driving licence Class 3/3A.
• Willing to drive company vehicles for deliveries/collections.
• Comfortable with logistics, warehouse, inventory or admin support.
• Physically able to handle cartons and equipment.
• Basic computer literacy including Excel/Word/email.
• Able to work independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and operational activities with the Coordinator.
• Assist with receiving, checking, packing and preparing goods for delivery or collection.
• Prepare products and spare items per operational instructions.
• Safely operate Class 3/3A vehicles for deliveries and collections.
• Record stock movements and support inventory checks.
• Maintain orderly inventory storage and labeling.
• Coordinate basic delivery, collection and return arrangements.
• Provide operational coverage when Coordinator is unavailable.
• Perform other logistics and admin duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Logistics& Operations Support team member to support the company's day-to-daylogistics, inventory and operational activities.

The role will work closely with the Logistics &Inventory Coordinator and provide operational support for inventory movement,preparation of goods, deliveries, collections, stock management, documentationand other logistics-related activities.

The successful candidate will also be trained to providebasic operational coverage during the Logistics & Inventory Coordinator'sabsence, ensuring that essential daily logistics activities continue withoutdisruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics & Inventory Coordinator in daily logistics and operational activities.
• Assist with receiving, checking, picking, packing and preparing goods for delivery or collection.
• Prepare products, equipment, consignment sets and other required items based on operational instructions.
• Safely operate Class 3/3A vehicles for company-related deliveries, collections and other operational requirements. Perform deliveries and collections using the company's vehicle when required.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing stock movements and ensure movements are properly recorded.
• Support inventory management activities including stock counts, stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain proper arrangement, labelling and organisation of inventory and storage areas.
• Assist in checking stock availability and highlighting low-stock, missing or damaged items.
• Support the preparation and processing of logistics-related documents, delivery orders, shipment documents and other records. Maintain accurate and organised logistics documentation and records
• Coordinate basic delivery, collection and return arrangements with internal staff, hospitals, suppliers, couriers and other relevant parties.
• Report any stock discrepancy, damage, missing item or operational issue to the Logistics & Inventory Coordinator promptly.
• Provide operational coverage for routine logistics activities when the Logistics & Inventory Coordinator is unavailable.
• Perform other logistics, inventory and operational duties as assigned by the Logistics & Inventory Coordinator or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence.
• Must be comfortable and able to drive company vehicles for deliveries, collections and operational duties when required.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, operations or administrative support is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle, carry and move cartons, medical equipment and inventory items as required for daily operations and deliveries.
• Able to perform hands-on logistics duties including handling, packing and movement of goods.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
• Organised, responsible and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling inventory, product codes and documentation.
• Able to work independently on routine tasks after training.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues and external parties.
• Willing to learn and take on different operational tasks when required.
• Reliable and able to provide operational support during periods of manpower shortage or staff absence.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare logistics or hospital-related operations will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience performing deliveries or driving as part of an operational role is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a small team where responsibilities may occasionally overlap.
• Proactive in identifying operational issues and escalating them appropriately.
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment and manage urgent operational requests.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this position is to support theLogistics & Inventory Coordinator in maintaining smooth daily logisticsoperations while developing sufficient knowledge of the company's routineprocesses to provide essential operational coverage when required.
