Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is hiring an Operations Coordinator for the East Region, focusing on RAN Engineering support, inventory control, and daily store operations.

The role covers coordinating logistics, updating inventories, and ensuring timely order fulfilment. The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in logistics or related field, at least 2 years in warehouse logistics, strong MS Office skills, and a valid Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in logistics, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience with inventory tracking, delivery coordination, and project workflows.
• Exposure to engineering support or maintenance coordination is an advantage.
• Familiarity with RMA processes and warranty claims is a plus.
• Hands-on with equipment setup or basic installations is beneficial.
• Prior use of warehouse tools (pallet jacks) preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• A valid Class 3 driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities, ensuring cleanliness, adherence to schedules, performance standards, and compliance with layout and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits, monitor stock levels, process purchase and delivery orders, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishments.
• Monitor and inspect incoming shipments, liaise with logistics partners, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of orders.
• Assist with project-related inventory requirements, provide on-ground support for engineers during maintenance or technical operations, and help source required materials or components.
• Ensure all activities comply with tenancy agreements, maintain lease documentation, coordinate site access, and communicate with property managers or building owners as needed.
• Handle the return of defective equipment, manage warranty claims, and follow up on repairs or replacements to minimize downtime.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, correspondence, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
• Willingness to work overtime when required to meet operational demands.

Salary: up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
