Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Forklift licence would be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse and storage areas.
• Coordinate and prepare goods according to daily delivery schedules.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Support delivery operations when required.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages promptly.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free work environment.
• Work closely with Kitchen, Operations and Procurement teams to ensure timely fulfilment of operational requirements.
• Provide support during peak operational periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
