AIKIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. You will handle inventory, fulfil orders, maintain warehouse organisation and assist with delivery coordination.

The role requires an organised, hands-on person who can perform in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety standards and efficient operations. Previous F&B exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.
• Forklift licence is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory handling, order fulfilment, warehouse organisation, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires an individual who is organised, hands-on, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas.

Logistics & Delivery Support

• Coordinate and prepare goods according to daily delivery schedules.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Support delivery operations when required.

Inventory Management

• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages promptly.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free work environment.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Kitchen, Operations and Procurement teams to ensure timely fulfilment of operational requirements.
• Provide support during peak operational periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements
