Job summary

Fest Enterprise Oil Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day operation flow across our manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Singapore. You will support order processing, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and engage stakeholders to streamline processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Logistics or related discipline with 1 year of SCM/Operations experience; ERP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in SCM/Operations; more for senior role.
• ERP software experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation flow in manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
• Support order processing, logistics management and admin needs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with internal/external teams and clients.
• Resolve delivery/QC/production issues and provide good customer service.
• Engage stakeholders to review and improve operational processes.
