Job summary

Emerson Automation Solutions Final Control Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics/Operations professional to support efficient warehouse and supply chain activities.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery. You will work with procurement, planning and customer service teams to maintain accurate records, monitor costs, and contribute to continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting operations, supply chain and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipments and delivery arrangements with forwarders.
• Manage freight forwarders and courier providers, negotiate rates if needed, and monitor on-time delivery performance.
• Monitor logistics costs and supplier lead times to identify efficiency improvements and cost optimization.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, lead times, and localization opportunities.
• Support preparation and administration of Letters of Credit (LC) and related documentation.
• Validate GRN to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Partner with planning, procurement, warehouse, quality and customer service teams to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Ensure documentation complies with record retention policy and support continuous improvement.
