Job summary

Maersk in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory control and shipments. You will produce timely KPIs and reports for customers, verify invoices, and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a diploma/degree in logistics or related fields and at least 1 year in logistics, with strong MS Office and WMS experience.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
1 year of relevant experience in logistics preferred.
Computer proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

Liaise with customers and operations on order fulfillment, inventory & shipment activities.
Coordinate with operations to provide information to customers on operational issues and resolve issues.
Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers on time.
Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors for discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment.
Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporter.
Ensure accuracy and timely update of system transactions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
