Job summary

Stigious Pte Ltd invites applications for a role supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations in Singapore. You will assist the Operations Manager, coordinate with Supervisors, and monitor order and inbound/outbound activity to ensure timely task completion.

You will handle customer enquiries, provide updates on progress and delays, and collaborate with warehouse, transport, and internal teams to meet client requirements. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with WMS or OMS is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure operational tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor and update job, order, inbound, and outbound activity status.
• Handle customer enquiries, delivery updates, and operational issues.
• Provide timely updates on operational progress, delays, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with manpower planning and deployment based on daily workload.
• Monitor operational performance and highlight issues or bottlenecks.
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and daily performance updates.
• Maintain accurate operational data and system records.
• Assist in resolving operational discrepancies, complaints, and service issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
