Job summary

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments across sea, air and land, coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will require 2–4 years in logistics or related roles, a diploma or degree in a relevant field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
2–4 years in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping or sales coordination.
Experience in shipment booking, freight management and order processing.
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs and trade regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipments via sea, air and land with freight forwarders and carriers.
Arrange bookings, negotiate rates and monitor delivery status.
Track shipments, resolve delays and cargo claims promptly.
Monitor orders and flag potential supply or delivery issues.
Maintain records and prepare reports on shipment status.
Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
