Job summary

Howco Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Singapore to manage schedules, inventory control, and procurement activities. The role liaises with sales, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient production planning.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, with 2 years of operations/logistics experience and strong MS Office/ERP skills, plus excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in operations/logistics is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate distribution and production schedules.
• Coordinate manufacturing, transfers (trucking), and production planning.
• Liaise with sales, drivers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle inventory control for consumables, tools, hardware, and PPE.
• Process farmout orders and sourcing activities.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, liaise with vendors, and track monthly purchases/expenses.
• Manage procurement of pallets, crates, and packing supplies.
• Generate despatch notes and maintain filing of records.
• Ensure department records are up to date.
• Assist with inspection, calibration, and maintenance scheduling for equipment.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
