Job summary

SNIP AVENUE HOLDINGS PL is seeking an operations professional to coordinate day-to-day activities across the Group’s businesses. You will work with Management to ensure timely completion of projects and priorities, and communicate with staff, suppliers, contractors, landlords, tenants and partners to keep operations smooth.

You will assist in implementing and monitoring SOPs, identify issues and drive improvements, and support procurement, inventory control and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations across the Group’s businesses.
• Collaborate with Management to ensure tasks and priorities are completed on time.
• Communicate with internal teams, staff, suppliers, contractors and partners for smooth operations.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring and improving SOPs and processes.
• Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Source quotations, negotiate with suppliers and assist with purchasing.
• Monitor inventory, office supplies and resources.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to Management.
• Support new projects, openings, renovations and expansion.
• Ensure follow-up actions are completed and no tasks are overlooked.
• Perform other operational and admin duties assigned by Management.
