Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations control or management within the engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and navigate complex operational challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear coordination across levels and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational control processes, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and controls that align with the company’s objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide comprehensive reporting and analysis to senior management.
