Job summary

St Engineering in Singapore is seeking an experienced supervisor/assistant manager to plan, organize and oversee daily operational activities in maintenance, repair and engineering service environments.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, implement quality and safety protocols, analyse data for process improvements, coordinate with clients and partners, and report progress to senior management while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or assistant management role in maintenance, repair or engineering service environments.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities with multi-priority handling.
• Excellent communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented problem solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in planning, organising and overseeing daily operational activities to meet goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Support implementation of quality control measures, safety protocols and industry regulations compliance.
• Analyse operational data to identify process improvements and support performance initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between departments, clients and external partners for seamless cooperation.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, resource allocation, and performance for senior management.
• Contribute to training by mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.
