• Experience in operations, administration, project coordination or business support is preferred.
• Leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and independent work style with ownership and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations across the Group’s businesses, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments, teams and outlets.
• Work closely with Management to ensure projects, tasks and business priorities are completed on time.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, staff, suppliers, contractors, landlords, tenants and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring and improving company SOPs and processes.
• Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Source quotations, negotiate with suppliers and assist with purchasing when required.
• Monitor inventory, office supplies and resources.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to Management.
• Support new business projects, outlet openings, renovations and expansions.
• Ensure follow-up actions are completed and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by Management.
