Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Executive/Assistant Manager to drive smooth operations and coordinate with HQ, staff and vendors from West - Jalan Tukang (Boon Lay).

You will lead facilities, logistics, compliance, safety, and admin tasks, oversee part-time workforce onboarding, and ensure timely vendor payments and document filing while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing factory, warehouse and administrative operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices related to office, production and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on, on-ground approach; assist with loading/unloading cargo with ops team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ on operational matters and implement HQ directives.
• Support company operations by coordinating with departments, vendors and external parties.
• Arrange HQ delegates' accommodation and local transportation.
• Oversee facilities, utilities and workplace conditions to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors and service providers on maintenance and tenancy matters.
• Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene across the workplace.
• Coordinate with HQ and local logistics partners on container shipments and deliveries.
• Liaise with hauliers and vendors to ensure timely clearance, loading/unloading, and movement of goods.
• Assist with regulatory filings, including GST with IRAS and NEA submissions.
• Promote safety practices and ensure operational areas are safe for production.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with vendors and deployment of part-time workers.
• Review and verify vendor invoices; maintain operational records and reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
