Job summary

GoGoVan is hiring in Singapore for a logistics operations coordinator to handle inbound calls from drivers and clients, plan routes, and coordinate drivers.

You will recruit, train, and induct staff, manage documentation, maximize vehicle utilization, and support daily operations to hit KPIs. The role requires bilingual Chinese/English, Excel proficiency, and willingness to work weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry will be a plus.
• Having project experience will be a plus.
• Proficient in typing in Chinese and English as there are different groups of clients/customers from different backgrounds.
• Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel.
• Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce.
• At least 1 year of Logistic Industry experience.
• Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables.
• Able to work shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays.
