Job summary

YETI LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will plan delivery routes, coordinate with drivers, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Applicants should possess a Class 3 Driving Licence and have 1–2 years of logistics experience. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving Licence is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in logistics or operations preferred.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes using routing systems.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Operations Manager in tracking and achieving KPIs.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure service standards are met.
