United FMO is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to manage customer inquiries and coordinate daily job orders across FCL, LCL, and last-mile operations. You will liaise with the operations team and drivers to ensure smooth execution and provide timely updates to customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and calls

Process and coordinate daily job orders (FCL, LCL, last-mile, cross-border, oil samples)

Liaise closely with operations team and drivers to ensure smooth execution

Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers

Troubleshoot delays, urgent jobs, and operational issues

Ensure all job details and documentation are accurate before execution

Maintain proper records in internal systems (Haulio / Excel / internal tools)

Support billing by ensuring job completion details are correct

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics / trucking / freight forwarding

Familiar with Singapore logistics operations (port, LCL/FCL, transport coordination)

Strong communication skills - clear, fast, and professional

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Highly responsive and responsible (no delays in replying customers)

Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and operational systems
