Responsibilities

• Assign deliveries to drivers in the system and via direct calls.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch.
• Handle selected key customer accounts.
• Track delivery performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Oversee route planning and scheduling to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Suggest process improvements for better delivery experiences.
• Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain service quality.
• Monitor fulfillment teams to meet KPI targets for accounts.
• Assist management in daily operations to hit monthly/quarterly goals.
• Contribute ideas for scaling operations and implementing new initiatives.

We are looking for a Operations/Logistic Executive to assist the company in managing drivers and key customer accounts.

Working Hours:5 Days work week, able to work 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. May need to work a shift until 10.30pm.

What you\'ll be doing

• Assigning of deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling


• Manage and coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels to customers


• Account handling of selected key customers


• Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise operational efficiency


• Implement and oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and reduce costs


• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience


• Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain high standards of service


• Monitoring the fulfillment team in ensuring they meet their KPI objectives for your accounts


• Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department


• Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
