Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a School Operations professional to coordinate building maintenance, inspections, and safety procedures across classrooms, offices and facilities.

You will supervise cleaning crews and oversee waste, pest control, landscaping, and environmental services. The role requires keeping an emergency exercises inventory, performing ad-hoc repairs, and assisting school leaders with daily operations in a multi-tasking, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works.
• Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory
• Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services
• Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback
• Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required within school premises
• Security control at the school foyer during school days and events
• Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders

The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience:
