Job summary

Migrantlink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a facilities operations professional to oversee maintenance across school facilities, including classrooms, offices, labs, and sports areas. The role requires coordinating with operations teams to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficient facility functioning.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in school operations and remain physically fit to perform onsite duties. Weekend or holiday service may be required as part of operational needs.

Facilities Maintenance & Inspections

• Building Upkeep: Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas.

• Defect Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, address operational feedback, and follow up on rectification works.

• Safety & Inventory: Maintain emergency preparedness exercise inventory.

Vendor & Environmental Management

• Contractor Supervision: Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.

• Support Services: Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services.

Operations & Security Support

• Minor Repairs: Perform minor ad-hoc repair works within school premises when required.

• Security & Foyer Duty: Manage security control at the school foyer during school days and events.

• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other operational tasks assigned by Operations Managers, Admin Managers, and School Leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Working Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in school operations.

• Health & Fitness: Physically fit and healthy.

Skills & Attributes

• Multitasking & Teamwork: Able to multitask effectively and function as a good team player.

• Communication: Capable of conversing in English with strong interpersonal skills.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).

• Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).

• Weekend & Holiday Service: Service may be required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
