Job summary

LIFELINE CLEANING PTE. LTD. is seeking a project executive to support on-site operations across multiple job sites in Singapore. You will assist in work planning, incident management, and inventory control of cleaning equipment and materials.

You will coordinate cleaning duties, handle customer requests, train ground staff, manage a team of floaters and cleaners, and report daily operations to the operations manager. Morning shift, 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• On-site project coordination and operations support.
• Ability to plan work, manage incidents, and oversee equipment inventory.
• Coordinate cleaning duties with teams.
• Handle customer requests and complaints.
• Assist in periodic work planning and manpower activation.
• Attend to ad hoc cleaning duties and training for ground staff.
• Report daily operations to the operations manager.

We are looking for a project executive to assist us in managing our on-site operations.

This includes coming up with work plans, incident management and managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials across multiple job sites.

Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning teams.

Communicate and handle customer request and complains.

Asssit in periodic work planning and manpower activation.

Handling of cleaning machinery on job site and training for ground staff.

Attend to ad hoc cleaning duties from customer or job site.

Handle and manage a team of floater and cleaners.

Report to operations mananger on the daily operations and work situation.

Working Hour: Morning Shift 7 am to 5 pm (ad hoc deployment if needed)

Work Week: 6 Days Work Week

Salary : $3,200 to $4,500
